Hozelock ABC Guide To Watering |
The installation of an Automatic Watering is as simple as ABC, just follow the steps below to install a simple automated watering system that takes the strain out of watering your garden. | |
The system is connected to your garden tap either directly, using a Pressure Regulator, Nut and Tail adapter or via a Timer, the use of a Tap Splitter also allows you to use your tap without having to disconnect you system. | |
Main Supply Hose is used to distributed water around the garden, obstacles can be overcome or additional runs created using a series of Elbows, Tee, Straight and Cross connectors. | |
The Micro Suppy Hose is then connected to the main hose by means of a Tube Adapter, the Micro Hose then goes into the area to be watered and either a Dripper, Sprinkler, Mister or Spray. | |

It really is that simple, just select how your going to connect it to your tap, then measure the total length of your run. This will then give you the method of connecting to the tap and the length of the main supply hose. Then select how many elbows or T connectors you will need in the main supply hose and remember to purchase either an End stop, Tube Enclosure or End Closure. Now select the type of watering you need, dripper, jet or sprinkler, these are connected to the main supply hose via a tube adapter, and remember to also buy a hole punch.
